Asturias offers in Picos de Europa Natural Park and Ponga Natural Park a natural and unique surrounding in which we can enjoy an unforgettable rural stay.

Carrio rural house enables you to visit Covadonga, Cangas de Onis, Fuente de ski lift, the Tito Bustillo prehistoric cave, the Jurasic Museum , etc, very easily, and also enjoy pure nature in Arcedonio Hermitage, Ventaniella, Cares Route, and many others.

At three km distance we find Mestas thermal resort and a recreational area. We also find the famous Tiatordos mountain, with a really charming path to its base, a target for mountaineers from all over the continent.

We have relatively close Ribadesella and Llanes beaches and there are several activities of active tourism: kayaking down Sella river, horse riding, quads, fishing anf hunting...all of these make it for an ideal journey.
