1. Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation will begin at 17 h. hired the first day and end at 12 h. the day set as output. The client that not leave at this time the house, means to prolong his stay another day.
2. At the time of delivery of keys, will pay in cash the remaining balance outstanding.
3. Under no circumstances will host a number of more than eight seats authorized by the Administration of the Principality of Asturias. It also is not permitted overnight stay or other persons than those who have rented the house, unless authorized by the owner.
4. It requires tenants responsible use of the facilities, having to answer for the loss or deterioration, furniture or equipment attributable to them. Are not permitted the holding of parties or gatherings that cause dirt, noise and inconvenience. Faced with evidence of vandalism or careless use, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, tenants must leave the premises immediately, without right to refund the amount paid previously.
5. Is not permitted the keeping of animals.
6. As a security measure to customers, is not allowed to stay overnight with a fire burning.
